 | Turismo y Patrimonio is a journal of the Research Institute of the Tourism and Hospitality Professional School of the University of San Martín de Porres, is an annual publication with a multidisciplinary focus that aims to expose the different views, postures to the scientific and academic community and results on topics related to tourism, heritage and gastronomy mainly. This journal thus contributes to the consolidation of tourism as a complex object of scientific study, and to the deepening and dissemination of heritage as a central element for societies and their development, in accordance with the guidelines of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations by Resolution of December 21, 2001. | ||
