I have a real problem since the fifth of July I have sent two an article to publish in your journal, after getting the acceptance, I have paid the publication fee for both with proofreading. Then, one of them has published but the second not. Now, I am very shamming from my friend, I told him the manuscript will publish very soon, unfortunately, this not happen.
Please, I also sent many emails for the journal without any response.
Please. the manuscript is under the title (Role of IL-10 in inhibition of Trichomonas vaginalis killing and IFN- γ Activated Macrophages).
Please help me with this problem.

I did sent our work entitle “INCREASES ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE ACTIVITY NEGATIVELY CORRELATED WITH D-DIMER IN EARLY DIAGNOSED SARS-CoV-2 PATIENTS” on the 4th October 2021 to your journal and you accept it. I did pay the publication fee and made all the correction and replied all your question. Unfortunately, I have problem that no one reply on my emails after paying the fee and till now I did not know whether it going to publish or not. I also asked for official acceptance letter and I did not get any reply. This put me in very shamming situation with my colleagues . the last email I received from you was on 8th December and you claimed that you will update me in same day.
Please let me know what happened with MS.
