ABOUT HOSSEIN SHAHBAZI (WRITER):
Dr. Hossein Shahbazi, born in 1985 (Tabriz), holds two doctoral degrees: one in Persian Language and Literature from Tabriz University and another in Islamic Jurisprudence and Law from Sultan Qaboos University in Oman (2025). He completed his bachelor’s degree in Law at Tabriz University. His special expertise lies in the principles of jurisprudence and Islamic legal texts, as well as comparative mysticism. He has authored ten books, the most significant of which is “Commentary on the Examination of Marriage, Divorce, Judicial Matters, Retribution, and Commerce” (2024), which aligns with the “Tahrir al-Rawdah” (Commentary on the Lam’ah) for students and candidates preparing for the bar exam. Another notable work is “Contemporary Principles of Jurisprudence in the Iranian Legal System” (2024) in the field of jurisprudential research. He has a sufficient familiarity and mastery of the Arabic language and can speak three Arabic dialects. He has also published a book on Arabic grammar titled “Minhaj al-Arabiyyah.” In the field of mystical literature, he has authored the book “Sufism, Kabbalah, and Gnosticism in Comparative Perspective,” which was published in 2019 by Zawar Publications in Tehran and has also been translated into English. This work is available in most major university libraries around the world, including Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, McGill, the University of North Carolina, Texas, and California.
دکتر حسین شهبازی متولد 1364 (تبریز)، دارای دو مدرک دکترای تخصصی زبان و ادبیات فارسی از دانشگاه سراسری تبریز و دکتری فقه و حقوق اسلامی دانشگاه سلطان قابوس عمّان(1403) است، کارشناسی وی در رشته حقوق از دانشگاه سراسری تبریز است؛ تخصص ویژه وی در اصول فقه و متون فقه اسلامی و نیز عرفان تطبیقی است. وی 10 عنوان کتاب تالیف کرده که مهمترین آن، «شرح آزمونی باب نکاح، طلاق، قضا، قصاص و متاجر» (1403) منطبق تحریرالروضة (شرح لمعه) برای دانشجویان و داوطلبان آزمون وکالت است. و کتاب «اصول فقه معاصر در نظام حقوقی ایران» (1403) در عرصه فقه پژوهی است. وی آشنایی و تسلط کافی به زبان عربی و قدرت تکلّم به سه لهجه عربی را دارد و در قواعد صرف و نحو عربی نیز کتابی با عنوان «منهاج العربیة» روانه بازار نشر کرده است. در عرصه ادبیات عرفانی نیز کتب زیر از ایشان است: کتاب «تصوف، قبالا و گنوسی در نگاه تطبیقی» در سال 1398 از سوی انتشارات زوار تهران به طبع رسیده و به زبان انگلیسی نیز ترجمه شده است. این اثر در اکثر کتابخانه های دانشگاه های بزرگ جهان از جمله هاروارد، پرینستون، کلمبیا، مگ گیل، کارولینای شمالی، تگزاس و کالیفرونیا موجود است و از منابع مهم عرفان تطبیقی محسوب می شود. او در مجلات علمی پژوهشی وزارت علوم؛ 1) پژوهشنامه عرفان (انجمن عرفان اسلامی ایران) 2) الهیات تطبیقی دانشگاه اصفهان 3) پژوهشهای نهج البلاغه (بنیاد بین المللی نهج البلاغه) 4) پژوهش های علم و دین (پژوهشگاه علوم انسانی)، داوری مقالات را برعهده دارد.
