 | The science journal “Herald of Volgograd State University. Series 2. Linguistics” has been published as an independent issue since 2007. The journal publishes innovative academic works on topical issues in the field of functioning of Russian and other languages, intercultural communication and Comparative Analysis of languages, linguistic theory and allied sciences; it also contains critical reviews, the course of events in the academic activities of the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of VolSU. The authors of articles are researchers coming from academic and educational institutions of Russia and foreign countries. The journal is included into the Index of Peer-reviewed Academic Journals and Publications that must publish academic results of doctorial and candidate degrees, which is recommended by the Supreme Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The journal is included into the Russian Science Citation Index. | ||
