Theatre De Meervaart is the perfect location to organize a conference. The dynamic theatre scenery will give the conference an inspirational ambiance. De Meervaart is close to ring road A10 in Amsterdam, there is a direct connection to Schiphol and two trams from the city center stop in front of the convention center. Besides our two biggest halls, De Meervaart has 10 professional conference rooms, varying in size from 25 m² to 120 m², with 12 to 120 seats. These conference spaces are perfect for workshops, training and brainstorming sessions during the conference. All of our conference spaces are adjacent to each other, which is an advantage if you want to switch rooms during training or workshops.
Our conference center in Amsterdam also has three foyers. Two of them are connected to the Red hall and Blue hall, the other one is connected to our smaller conference rooms. The biggest foyer, connected to the Rode Zaal on the ground floor, can be used as reception area but also for serving the buffet at the end of the conference.
Our 12 conference rooms and 3 foyers can be rent as one conference center, so there are multiple rooms available for presentations, lectures and workshops.
If you book a workshop room at De Meervaart, we make sure that you have access to certain necessities. Every room is provided with a beamer, projection screen or LCD-display, sound system, and flip-over. And, last but not least, all of our rooms have daylight.
