The automotive industry is undergoing a significant transformation as it strives to meet sustainability targets and reduce its carbon footprint. With the European Union’s increasing focus on circular economy principles, the sector faces the dual challenge of decoupling production from the consumption of virgin materials while enhancing material recovery and reusability.
The 2nd European Automotive Circular Economy Summit 2026 will bring together leading stakeholders from across the automotive value chain, including OEMs, suppliers, recyclers, and policymakers, to explore strategies for creating a circular ecosystem in automotive production.
