The International Congress on Turkish Language, Culture, and Art (TULCAS 2026) will be held on October 28-30, 2026, in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. Organized under the leadership of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, in cooperation with the Turkish Maarif Foundation, Yunus Emre ınstitute, and Turkish Language Association (TDK), the congress will bring together academics, researchers, and young scholars. TULCAS 2026 welcomes Orginal research on Turkish Language and literature, Turkish history, the Turkıc world, culture heritage, Turkish art, teaching Turkish as a foreign language, and interdisciplinary approaches to Turkology. Through Paper presentations, invited talks, panels, and cultural events, the congress aıms to promote academic exchange and strengthen international research collaborations.
